Dance for me began as long as I can remember, since the young age of two. Always the dancer in the family, at school, college etc...
But, ironically, I never thought of taking it up professionally. It was always my passion. Luckily, I had the opportunity to work and learn from great teachers and choreographers in Mumbai, but it was only when I met Dhiraj and joined SSDA, who gave me the confidence to make my passion into a profession. SSDA is something that started as a thought, grew into an idea, blossomed into a dream, that is now realizing into reality.
It helps me to grow, evolve, learn and share as a person, student, dancer and teacher. Thanks to Dhiraj and my SSDA family.

After juggling for 5 years between 2 professions and passions of veterinary n dancing, I chose the latter. And the catalyst was Dhiraj! At SSDA, it’s so much more than dancing. At the end of every class, I feel educated, empowered, blessed, overwhelmed (with Dhiraj's talent) and feel my existence in this world is worthwhile. It’s my greatest dream to be on the show SYTYCD, n the SSDA family has been the strongest motivational n driving force in bringing me closer n closer each day to realising it.

I was six years old when I first went on stage during one of our colony’s annual function, not because it was my performance but there were 15 minutes left for the show to get over and no one was left to perform. So I decided to entertain the crowd all by my own, believe me or not there were whistles throughout my performance!!!!! I don’t know what I did up there; they said it’s called DANCING!!!....
But I never knew that I would take dancing as a profession, until I joined SSDA. It made be believe that if we have the right technique and the desire then sky is the limit. Being a great dancer was always the dream and SSDA is helping me reach there.
I feel I am blessed……CAUSE PEOPLE MIGHT BE LIVING THEIR LIVES….BUT I AM LIVING MY DREAM!!!!!
